By using Quiet Prayer Room (“kiiima”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the platform for prayer, study, and body-doubling sessions only. You will not use it for solicitation, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to its intended use.

Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sessions are conducted via video and audio — you consent to being seen and heard by your session partner.

Availability. We provide the service on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uptime, connection quality, or partner availability.

Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the code of conduct.

Quiet Prayer Room is a shared space for believers. We ask all users to uphold the following standards:

• Mutual respect. Treat your session partner with kindness and dignity, regardless of denomination or background.
• Appropriate behavior. Keep your camera and microphone content appropriate at all times. No nudity, explicit material, or offensive gestures.
• No solicitation. Do not use sessions to sell products, recruit for organizations, or promote unrelated causes.
• No harassment. Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or hate speech of any kind will result in immediate account suspension.
• Honor the session. Join on time, stay present, and respect the purpose of focused prayer or study.

Data we collect. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Clerk (our authentication provider). We also store booking data, session metadata, and email subscriptions.

Video and audio. Sessions are conducted via peer-to-peer WebRTC connections. We do not record, store, or have access to video or audio content. Media streams flow directly between participants.

Data storage. Account and booking data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. Connection telemetry (non-personal diagnostic data) is stored for service improvement.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Third-party sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Emails are sent via Resend. Both are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

If you experience inappropriate behavior during a session, you can file a report using the flag icon in the video call controls.

What happens next. All reports are reviewed by our team. We will investigate the incident and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Response time. We aim to review all reports within 48 hours. For urgent safety concerns, please contact us directly.

Reports are confidential. We will not share your identity with the reported user.
